David Toner

I founded Rentolease in 1993 to specialise in residential letting and have managed, let and sold properties through Ayrshire. We started in a small office in Troon and quickly opened the Prestwick office in 1999 then purchased a competitors business in North Ayrshire in 2016. Throughout the years our services have expanded to sales, block management, factoring, Pat testing to legionella risk assessments.

I believe in doing the right thing by people, we carry this throughout our business – sharing the same core values and enjoying a determined and rewarding culture which provides a peerless service at its heart. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, going to the local CrossFit gym and coaching my sons rugby team at Ayr Rugby club.

I have amazing tenants who look after my property to a very high standard for the last 11 years. Rentolease give me the assurance with the detailed reports from the periodic inspections.
