Our house caught fire 4 months ago, we lost everything. After 4 months in a hotel Rentolease relentlessly searched and notified us of avaliable properties. We eventually got agreement from our insurers and Rentolease were on it and secured the perfect property for my family. We are now all together in a place that feels very much like home allowing us to continue with our lives. We cannot thank Rentolease enough for the relentless sterling service, we feel Craig and the team truly cared about our circumstances and did all they could to find us a home. Grateful beyond words, the light in a very dark journey, thankyou.

Great experience and communication from the initial enquiry to us moving into our home. Any difficulties experienced were dealt with swiftly and with importance. A very different journey to other rental companies. Would highly recommend.

Using rentolease was a great experience from viewing to moving in. We were relocating from Hampshire to Troon, and they were really helpful in making space in their appointments to get a viewing that worked well with the flights we booked.
Any questions we had were answered promptly and the agents local knowledge was invaluable in helping us choose schools for our children and settling in the community.
We also received a welcome pack on the first day we moved in, which was a classy touch, and it had essentials to help us on day 1.

We have been renting for many years by choice, but had a really bad experience in the house prior to this.
It had been in my dream location, we had made a lovely life, but we lost our lifestyle in the blink of an eye.

Our landlords circumstances has changed and we were literally tossed out with very little time to prepare.
We never received our deposit, we had gorgeous reclaimed oak furniture stolen and I had trusted the landlord implicitly. I felt very let down and it was a tricky situation.

So, to say I was reticent to have complete strangers into my home every 6 months to “inspect” my property is putting it mildly.

I stand corrected though.

Rentoloease have played a very low key role in the few years I've rented via them, but I feel far less vulnerable knowing I have a professional organization in the mix.
We have built a relationship with them and they have been understanding under sometimes difficult situations.

So of course, they are principally there at the Landlords behest, but they are there to ensure everyone is treated fairly.
I have rented properties via Private Landlords for many years and I like having the security of Rentolease dealing with matters.

I would not hesitate to be a landlord or a renter with Rentolease.
