Who We are?

Welcome to Rentolease your comprehensive property service. Rentolease was founded in 1993 in Troon specializing in Factoring, Residential Letting and specific insurance cover including commercial insurance. We rapidly grew and expanded in 1999 to another office in Prestwick to cover our block factoring in the South of Ayr, Central Ayr including High street, Prestwick Main Street, residential blocks in Ayr,Prestwick, Saltcoats, Ardrossan as well as estates in Drongan, Catrine and Auchinleck.

We still factor many of the properties we started managing in 1993.

All factoring including billing is handled from One of our local offices and each estate or area has a dedicated named contact. The office is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday apart from Thursday where for staff training we open at 10.00am.

Outwith these hours we provide emergency numbers for all owners It’s important to know that you’re investment is protected.

Rentolease are members of Propertymark ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents and IRPM(Institute of Residential Property Managers and is registered and approved by the Scottish Government PF000111

Such a pleasure to deal with. From arranging a viewing through to the keys hand over was a absolute breeze and takes a lot of the stress out of moving house. All in place and ready for us to move in.
