Tenant Checklist Info

As a Tenant You Must Be Able To Provide

  • Pay a full debit card/bank transfer deposit to hold the property. The deposit is equal to 1 months rental
  • Complete a search questionnaire that will check all references and credit record
  • Provide proof of identity including driving licence or passport and also proof of residence i.e utility bill dated within the last three months, 3 months worth of payslips, and / or employment contract

The minimum age we accept for a tenant is 21. All of our properties are non smoking properties.

Holding a property – Please be aware that if the paperwork and application form is not competed at the time the deposit is paid to our office the property will only be reserved for you for a maximum of three workings days

Unfortunately we no longer accept cash or cheques as payment for the deposit.
